1. Start with the case basics
Share your contact information, claim category, attorney details, location, and a short description of what happened. This begins an evaluation; it does not create an application obligation or guarantee funding.
2. Verify the represented claim
A specialist or provider may contact the law firm to confirm representation and gather selected case facts. The attorney continues to manage the legal matter and does not guarantee repayment or an outcome.
3. Provider review
An independent provider evaluates the information under its own guidelines. Additional records may be needed when liability, coverage, treatment, liens, or timing cannot be confirmed from the initial details.
4. Review written terms
If a provider can make an offer, compare the cash delivered with the projected payoff, all fees, the effect of time, and the provisions that apply if the claim lasts longer than expected or does not recover. You choose whether to proceed.
